QC Test Procedures
Manufacturing Procedures
1. Quality Control Test Procedure
DOUBLE LINE Tube Visual Inspection
We first check our DOUBLE LINE tube by visual inspection. We inspect for particles that tube hasn’t been dissolved properly.
2. Quality Control Assembly Parts
QUALITY CONTROL on parts that will be used.
Before we proceed on manufacturing, we intend to make a visual inspection on all parts that will be used to assemble.
3. Manufacturing Procedure
MESH Filter + JOINT Tube
Joint tube makes the mesh filter fixed for the inline tube infusion set.
4. Manufacturing Procedure
ROTATING Luer Lock + Tube
After mesh filter we assemble Rotating luer lock with tube. During the process we tend to wait for 5 seconds to check if the assembly has been made successfully. We use double sponge to prevent over cyclo during manufacturing procedures.
5. Manufacturing Procedure
3 Way + Male Luer Lock
3way + Male luer lock assembly, we make sure that both parts are tightly assembled.
6. Manufacturing Procedure
Dial Flow Regulator + Tube
Dial Flow Regulator + Tube during assembly we wait for 5 seconds. While assembly on our Dial Flow Regulator we raise the Dial Flow Regulator 45 degree to prevent clogged during assembly.
7. Manufacturing Procedure
Chamber + Tube
Chamber + Tube during assembly we wait for 5 seconds. While assembly on our Chamber we raise the chamber 45 degree to prevent clogged during assembly.
